Lancaster General Hospital launches brand new Behavioral Health Center

At a Thursday morning ribbon cutting, leaders with Lancaster General Hospital celebrated the grand opening of the new Behavioral Health Center.

The new facility will be the first in Lancaster County to provide mental health services to low-risk patients seeking care for depression, anxiety, substance use disorders and other conditions.

The new facility features a walk-in crisis center and an interventional psychiatric unit. Thomas-Barnhart said the center aims to give everyone the immediate care they need.
