Dr. Weeks brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, clinical operations, and healthcare system strategy. Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions, he served as chief medical officer at Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Centers, where he oversaw a national clinical organization delivering care across multiple levels of acuity.
Dr. Weeks also held senior leadership roles at University of Utah Health Plans, managing behavioral health and medical services across large and diverse patient populations. Throughout his career, Dr. Weeks has demonstrated a strong ability to scale behavioral health programs, integrate clinical innovation, and align medical leadership with organizational strategy to improve patient outcomes. Dr. Weeks holds a doctor of medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
In his new role, Dr. Weeks will lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and medical operations across Behavioral Health Solutions.
