  3. Dr mike and phyc2go when they realize people are happier with sagar and junk food than with healthy sad looking sh!t:lol people think there’s something wrong with them because of what we say about there eating habits that’s so shocking lol

  5. I love learning about stuff like this, it not only helps me understand myself, it helps me understand others and help them in times of need. You might need a degree for being a doctor, but you can be as influencial as a doctor in some mental health scenario's, especcially if you learn how to communicate.

    Shoutout to my family , psychologist and doctor, for not giving up on me resulting in me being able to write this comment.

    I might not be very stable, but I have enough good moments to have a positive impact on the world.
    That's something I wish I could always keep in my mind, when feeling bad.

    Don't be afraid to reach out to people. It will save your life

    Anxiety/depression daily basis
    Sleep paralysis.
    Depersonalization/derealization.
    Adhd.
    Migraines.
    Bronchitis.
    Mrsa.
    Panic attacks.

Love the content…I have both generalized anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder along with my numerous physical issues my chronic pain definitely affects my mood/energy levels/motivation etc. I am working with mental health therapists and multiple specialists but my daily chronic pain affects my mood
