I am not a nurse, but this was fantastic. It’s helpful to those of us who want to be a support system as well. I wish that you could teach more nurses these problem solving skills. I think that a lot of the “bad” medical care that we see is primarily because people don’t know how to problem solve and get overwhelmed. Kudos to you!
