  1. Ma’am, I follow exactly what you said. After waking up, I start my work and studying without using my phone. I study properly for about 6 hours and also take short breaks in between.
    But after that, I go to take a bath, have my lunch, and then in the afternoon I don’t feel like getting back to study. I have to force myself to sit again, but I’m not able to continue it for many days. After some time, I get bored and pick up my phone again. This keeps happening repeatedly.
    You mainly guided me about the morning routine, but I’m facing this issue in the afternoon. How can I control this and stay consistent even after lunch?

  3. A request for you is make a video for the day when we give exam , the brain gets freeze and its difficult to access the information to unlock which I have loaded or learned for exam . My brain keep wandering to feel comfortable and I look here and there so that I waste my time just I do not feel comfy to sit there and nothing comes in my mind that time what to do ….my exam is on 3 may! 2026….but when I come back home ….answers to the same question comes effortlessly
