BUFFALO, N.Y. — Mind Over Miles , a 24-hour challenge takes place May 9 – 10 at Delaware Park in Buffalo, bringing together runners, walkers, cyclists, and community members for 24 straight hours of movement in support of mental health awareness.

This unique community event invites participants of all levels to move at their own pace, whether it is one lap or the full 24 hours, with the shared goal of raising awareness, building connection, and supporting mental health initiatives across Western New York.

Over the past two years, the Mind Over Miles Event has helped raise over $170,000 to support local mental health programs and outreach, reinforcing the belief that movement and connection can play a powerful role in mental wellness. The Mind Over Foundation is committed to fostering resilience and promoting mental health awareness through the power of movement and connection.
