8:30 am – Shane Koch, CEO at the Brook Hospital at Dupont and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to discuss what we can do generally to benefit our mental health.Noon – Amanda Villaveces, Executive Director, Mental Health Lou, To discuss their MindBody Wellness: The Ally’s Toolkit workshops in partnership with the library.

2 pm – Dominique “FAIF” Owens, Co-founder MindFest, to discuss this free community event dedicated to strengthening minds through music, food, entertainment, art, yoga, vendors, panel discussions, and more.
