TULSA, Okla. — Family & Children’s Services (FCS) and Morton Comprehensive Health Services announced the opening of a new integrated care clinic in north Tulsa.

The new clinic, located at 240 East Apache Street, is scheduled to open in early 2025. It will expand health care in north Tulsa, including primary and behavioral health services.

The clinic is the latest collaborative effort between FCS and Morton Comprehensive Health Services. It will provide comprehensive medical, mental health, and social services under one roof, the announcement said.

“This partnership is a milestone in expanding healthcare access for north Tulsa,” said Family & Children’s Services CEO, Adam Andreassen. “By combining the expertise of both FCS and Morton, we are creating a unique care model that addresses the community’s medical, mental health, and social needs in one convenient location.”

According to the announcement, the clinic is expected to serve around 400 clients in its first year.

Morton Comprehensive Health Services will provide primary care on-site, while FCS will deliver behavioral health support through licensed professionals and nursing staff, the announcement said.

“Morton has its roots in the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre so eliminating health disparities is Morton’s mission,” said Morton CEO, Susan Savage. “Expanding Morton’s partnership with FCS leverages the strengths of each organization. With Morton’s historic presence in north Tulsa as a leading health care provider, this clinic will supplement and expand access to care.”

According to the Tulsa Community Health Needs Assessment, 55.6% of north Tulsa residents report difficulties accessing mental health care.

“North Tulsa has long been underserved, and this clinic is a critical step toward changing that,” said Andreassen. “By providing medical and mental health services in one location, we’re removing barriers to care and making it easier for people to get the support they need.”
