How to Build Unshakeable Self-Confidence (Neuroscience)
Most of us believe that confident people simply don’t feel fear or anxiety.
But the truth is, true confidence isn’t a personality trait, it’s the willingness to move despite the fear.
In this video, we debunk the myth of “natural confidence” and explore the neuroscience of self-trust.
Learn why your nervous system creates fear to protect you, and how pushing through those first uncomfortable minutes gives your brain the exact evidence it needs to build long-term, unshakeable confidence.

Mam,Everything feels normal but I feel numb inside…
I am not enjoying things I used to enjoy before.I feel I'm talking to people rudely. I am getting frustrated easily.
I just want to be on bed and scrolling or I become so restless I kept walking here and there. And I feel I'm overeating nowadys.I can't focus on studying and I feel like I'm losing my memory power.I am forgetting small small things.
