  1. You are the best, and I hope it feels good to know that you are helping so much. As someone that just can’t bring themself to discuss problems with someone personally, you are we have to turn to. Thank you for your good work. Only thing is, it’d be cool to have a playlist so that we can watch in a recommended order! Nevertheless, I plan on watching every video, as I need all of it. Thank you again❤

The whole episode has been so enlightening.. truly important steps to help one just live wothout anxiety and unnecessary tension. Please share the link to your other channel.

  4. Honestly I m really curious what's ur intention of showing cleavage ?? I'm really curious n want to know before coming to a conclusion

  5. 1:05:07 .. Here. This is where I can finally begin to hear how the narcissist used this as part of the manipulation and abuse. If simply interacting proves I had contributed then my inability to affect an outcome is irrelevant since there's "always" a reason to feel bad or guilty for something I have done. I can comfortably tell you that in certain situations there was nothing I could have done other than walk away and that's not always effective enough. If I could prove how bad it is, leaving wouldn't have made a difference because of how his coercive control works. It's not about fear or my responsibility for what I can control. He's found something that took even more routes away from my ability to affect change. Narcissistic abuse is very serious and it goes unaddressed and untreated.

  6. One thing I learned to increase feeling safe is to have my spreader lights on while navigating the ICW after dusk. Even though other captains piloting larger vessels than I feel free to clog up the entire channel I must remain vigilant about my own safety even if it's being too safe.

  7. I'm being bullied n I'm never feeling safe that why I'm in rage all the time even in my own apartment he seriously got my health fuckin getting worse for the shit he seriously doing to my he seriously thinks that shit fuck fun

  8. He took my safety pack from me fuckin with my music that help me deal with the voices that are audio hallucinations n being in public so I don't talk to them in front of others he seriously did that to
