  1. Actually, unless you know it is true, you WILL find a justification to repeat it. Same as sinning. Feelings don't change a damn thing. Knowing the truth, gives you something to hold up against returning to that problem.

    Better get another job. You fail at this one.

I dropped it so fast with smoking the min I was away from that environment same with drinks it’s wild I have spent so much time trying to understand why mainstream media wasn’t talking abt this and I realized not every human is built the same I’m not any better than anyone so I’m thinking “habit vs addict? Or is it environmental?” Etc etc idk. After realizing a lot more than I’ve stated, I realize the world need to take a second look and refresh.

  3. Yes that mindset would easily keep me stuck rather than moving on into a healthier lifestyle. It would be idolizing past experiences and behaviors that shame me even if I never hurt anyone. It’s like a narcissistic family. Move away and you’ll feel better and enjoy things in a non toxic way
