A 23-year-old man who authorities said has been diagnosed with mental health conditions was reported missing after last being seen Friday in Lancaster.
Cody David Bowie was last seen at 1:15 p.m. Friday leaving his residence, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Bowie is Black, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and boxer shorts.
Authorities say Bowie last seen driving a black 2022 Dodger Charger with the California license plate number EM61Y36.
