  1. Recognition is half the battle, and I’m grateful for the video in highlighting a complex series of behaviours that one can identify ….. so what is an appropriate series of actions or interventions to get you back on track to good mental health and sustained self care?

  2. I feel so reflected with the first one. Some nights ago I was driving really, really negligently, but the more I did it the more I liked it. It was a mix between adrenalin and wanting to die that made me do that.

  3. On lord, I go from having a good day, to wanting to lunch my walls out, to wanting to break something, to being sad, to being happy, the to wanting to beat someone up. I am messed up. Should probably get help.

  5. But why do you we need to care for our menatl health. I always see it but I thought ot was just sone type of attention thingy, I just didn't care. But now that I am hearing and seeing all off this things that I regulary do is scary. I really don't know if I can still fix my mental health.   7. So when I was 7 I had Anxiety and Mental Health Issues, but I didn’t know what it was so I just thought it was normal… yeah that did not go so well.
