  5. I'm an UPSC aspirant, and feeling very much sad and depressed since 6 days almost headache throughout the day totally alone. Whole day in Library and then sleep and by next day repeat same schedule I don't know what happened to me but everything seems hopeless and senseless nothing is there left 😥

  6. If anyone, reading this is depressed or something, please don't rely on consuming alcohol or drugs to find an escape or so. This is the point where it becomes an addiction. And trust me guys, along with you, addiction harms your loved ones mentally. You are life. Life is what you feed it repeatedly. Baaki chill maro yaar. 🕺🏿✨

  7. Connecting to god and doing meditation(Best is om chanting) for 10 to 13 minutes. This vibrations while chanting will bring great positivity and consistently doing it for 7 to 8 months will definitely makes very very positive impact and u start to feel mentally strong and u will get better way better clarity of thoughts. If possible also purchase a original rudraksha and wear it while chanting om. Believe me this had changed my life positively, plz try it and believe in god!!

  8. Depression yuhi nahi ho jata he iske peeche bhi kuch reasons he.ek minute bhi guzaarna mushkil ho jaata he.patient ko family aur friends ke support ki zarurat hoti he.lekin afsos usko koi bhi nahi samajh paata.

  9. I'll say in very short abt anxiety,
    Anxiety and depression r both like brothers, when u have anxiety depression follows u, n mostly with depression anxiety gets free of cost to u, if u r feeling with anxiety the inner sound comes "kuch nahi hoga all is well" but When u r with depression the inner sounds like "i have tried my best but nothing worked so i have killed from side only body remains to be left"

  11. I pray to god to give me happiness and later i feel like why the hell i am asking for happines , I should ask for some fatal incident because i don't deserve happiness. It's been almost 2 year since i have discovered that i am suffering from depression . Sometimes, i ask myself what's wrong with me ? i cry on trivial matters .

  13. Mere pyaare dost,
    Mujhe pata hai ke zindagi kabhi kabhi bohot mushkil lagti hai. Aisa lagta hai jaise sab kuch khatam ho gaya ho, koi umeed baki na ho. Lekin yaad rakho, andheron ke baad roshni zaroor aati hai.

    Jab insan takleef aur tanhai me hota hai, to uska dil kisi aise sahare ki talash karta hai jo hamesha uske sath rahe. Shayad tumne bhi isi talash me khuda ko dhoondha hoga, par jab jawab na mila, to bechaini aur barh gayi.

    Sachai ye hai ke khuda hamare bohot qareeb hai, lekin hum usko unhi asoolon ke zariye dhoondhte hain jo hamari soch me bas gaye hote hain. Allah se milne ka rasta humari umeed aur yaqeen ke zariye guzarta hai.

    Allah ne Quran me farmaya:
    "Aur jab mere bande tum se mere mutaliq sawal karein, to (keh do) main unke qareeb hoon. Jab bhi koi mujhe pukarta hai, main uski pukar sunta hoon." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:186)

    Zindagi me sab kuch hamare bas me nahi hota. Kabhi kabhi hum itne toot jaate hain ke khud ko sambhalna bhi mushkil ho jata hai. Lekin Allah wahi hai jo tuti hui cheezon ko bhi jod deta hai. Uski rehmat itni wasi hai ke wo hamesha apne bande ko apni taraf palatne ka mauqa deta hai.

    Sochiye, agar sab kuch hamare control me hota, to kya hum kabhi apni kamzori ko samajhte? Shayad nahi. Yehi pareshaniyan humein yeh yaad dilati hain ke humari taqat aur madad Allah hi se aati hai.

    Agar dil bechain hai, to Allah se baat karo. Apne dard ko uske samne rakh do. Wo bepanah mohabbat karne wala hai. Shayad ab tak humne Allah ko un expectations se dekha jo dusron ne humare dimaag me bhar di thi. Is baar apne dil se pukaro aur dekho wo kaise jawab deta hai.

    Allah tumhein sukoon aur hidayat de. Ameen.
