  1. It feels like progress because isn't progress in this kind of situation measured by not feeling anxious in all of the situations you used to. In other words, not feeling anxious is progress. (ok, take that with a little bit of a humorous tone. I know what you mean but I also think that you are partially also wrong)

  2. This might sound stupid but how the hell am I supposed to go over the fear of dancing?
It's like my biggest fear…most probably many people won't understand this but it does fuck me up…

  3. Stupid question, although intended sincerely: why does everything have to be about progress? Why can’t where you are be good enough? Example: There was a local restaurant in town. Always packed, very popular. They “progressed” to a much larger location. The shine wore off, and they are out of business. The old saying goes “if you’re not moving ahead, you’re falling behind”, and I get it, although I also struggle with it. Being able to feel secure and spend your time contributing in a way that feels rewarding seems like reward enough. Why do we always need to stretch? Thanks for your videos.

  4. Its not really this simple, what if the anxiety triggers the traumas and makes the person's whole psyche go down a hill, or no matter how much you put yourself into hard situation to get used to them or lets say "evolve to them" you still cant ease. Psychology isnt advanced enough to understand that. You have to experience mental illness to know that. Because constantly triggering your anxiety with mindset like yours lady will just make someone's monster inside waay stronger and bigger when at a point will turn against you. People are complex, you cant take anyone as granted stop superstition you always have to go to the root problem and the maladaptive mechanisms given for that. *

  5. Sometimes it is better to choose easy path instead of choosing difficult path when we are not ready to face the difficulties and fears. Its is not important to punish our-self everytime for the things we are unable to do!!

  6. It's like I am taking a step forward then back again, after a while I'll taking a step forward again but then back again… It just feels like I'm stuck even though I want to make a progress. Feels like, I always go back to the default..

  7. Here is not about money, is about healthy healings, i am complete overwork overspannen, for mysef is a deep connection, must go more understand myself, goodbye, somany Peoples travelling to India learning about Yoga, mindfullnes, here in Holland, only America thing neg way . Goodbye

You do have an amazing effect on my outlook on life.
God bless you and your family 💫

  9. I've been wasting my teenage years for too long because of anxiety, they're almost finished and even though I know I should step out of my comfort zone, it's too hard for me to do it, I'm too scared…
