  1. I was wondering if creatine was doing anything for me this last week and even put the bag in my Amazon shopping cart this morning. So I'll go ahead with my second bag as there seems to be little if any harm in taking about 5 grams a morning and it does get me to take a glass of water first thing. I still can't see my six-pack but there is still hope.

  2. Depression affects the English, French have joie de vivre thus will never be conquered! What? It's not like I wrote "Taking hormones to lessen heat flashes causes dementia (lady doc said so on Ted Talks),,,,

  3. I'm all for taking creatine, there really so many producers of this I have no idea who and which is legit and which is basically sodium bicarbonate.

  4. i think I'll give it a try. I have concerns with finding a good source however Supplements aren't regulated here in the states & I don' want to either do myself harm or waste my money Any thoughts?

  5. I’ve recently read that creatine is also beneficial for women in perimenopause years too! This additional possible benefit makes me want to go ahead and give it a shot, see if it helps. I’m also trying to build more muscle and exercise more so this is exciting, thank you guys for being another resource to make this decision 😊

  6. what are the side effects of creatine? What individuals need to exercise caution when taking this ?There are many creatine rich foods; this should have been highlighted.

  7. Thanks for alerting me to this small study on Creatine.
I will turn 80 this year, I’m in good health. I have been taking Creatine now for 5 months, 2 x 5 mm in tea twice a day, (10mm) reason I take it to keep fit rowing my dingy about 3 times a week? And also, I had read that large amounts say 20mm a day will keep you brain function healthy? I don't take that a high dose? I do suffer from occasion depression which I find debilitating on the day if it is bothersome. I take one tablet 2700mm of St. John’s Wort only once on the day. I find in about 4 to 6 hrs my depression is resolved. I don't get the impression Creatine will work or prevent depression? Or maybe it does possibly a mild form of negative mood swing hard to know? However, when I do suffer debilitating depression (meaning I became weak minded, inactive as a result). taking one table only of St. John’s Wort does change my mood back to normal.

  8. For convenience I add my creatine to my daily protein shake which also contains a lot of fiber (ground flax, psyllium). Does the fiber negatively impact the absorption of creatine?

  9. I started questioning everything after reading The Secret Health Reset, it made me realize how blinded we are by the health institutions, but it’s never too late. Life changing.

  10. Brilliant thumbnail! Love it, so creative and hilarious 😊 I have been taken creatine for years and it helps so much thru workouts and recovery, excellent add-in for mental health. Keep up the great content!

  11. I’ve tried creating twice, but every time my HRV drops and my RHR increases. Don’t know what to do? Should I continue because of the benefits or is this a sign that my body doesn’t like creatine?
(There’s several threads on Reddit discussing this also, so it’s not just me, but if someone with actual education could say something?)

  12. Hi, thank you for the video. What type of Creatine would you preferr? Becaues Monhydrate have I tried with a lot of water during the day (3g daily) but every day I felt that my throut dried during my sleep so much that I suddenly woke up grasping for air every day I took it. It was terreble feeling since even in the dream I noticed that I can not breath. Any suggestion here, why type could be better than Monohydrate and can it really be the cause the Creatine take? Since than one month is gone and hat no such terrible night at all. Any suggestion on which type of Creatine is better ? (Was drinking 1l more water than usually when I used it)

  13. The Mind Made of Storms didn’t just teach me how to cope with my feelings—it taught me how to use them to shape my life. I used to let my emotions dictate my actions, but now, I’m using that energy to push me forward. The mental shift is crazy!

  14. What about creatine in food sources? At that level wouldn't it be another pointer towards a better diet first? I note you said that the study was in India, where in some areas diet can be restrictive. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts in a follow up if possible. Many thanks for your videos and the effort you put in.
