  1. Self care = Self LOVE, and Self love is the key that unlocks our infinite potential. I launched my channel with an Interview about this exact topic, how to love yourself no matter what. I don't think my guest, an amazing Life Coach could have chose a better subject. It's amazing how just by learning to love yourself everything around you changes.

PRACTICE SELF LOVE DAILY! DO IT FOR YOU! BECAUSE YOU MATTER! BECAUSE YOU'RE WORTHY! BECAUSE YOU CAN!

  2. I want to stop certain habits. Why does the brain just switch off some things. I became a vegan in one day. Stopped smoking in one day. Why can’t I do this for other bad habits?

  3. yeah but I don't think you are right Am only doing this to save life's believe it or not am cure from HSV type 2 with the instructions and the product I get from dr Abolohome…

  4. love love yourself and take care of you. As a repeat caregiver for family members and loved ones. I know first hand if you do not take care of yourself you cannot take care of others. To everyone out there- TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST.
