"Hands down, Planet Ayurveda has the best products and treatments for Depression. I feel so much more balanced and happy after using their products. Truly life-changing! 💫"
NONE OF THIS WORKS
Youre becoming a part my daily schedule… it feels good to know youre there Doc. Thanks so much for your insightful advice.
I've read various papers on how to deal with depression and tried different things when I myself was in that state, and I found that the most effective way out is to try and pick up some kind of momentum again, however small, and build on it from there.
And in regards to habits and habit forming, I highly recommend- Atomic Habits By James Clear.
A friend recommended to watch giraffes mating. It seems to have worked.
You need to get to the point please.
These people not doing good in their profession.
When im depressed, l sleep through it and keep myself to myself till l start to pick up and push myself to start again. After all depression means, deep rest.
"-help you feel better, no matter How severe your depression."
Challenge Accepted
These are all true but the feeling of hopelessness is so hard to conquer…
Completely love and appreciate your understanding of the various degrees of depression, especially when leaving the house. Not many understand how overwhelming the thought of such can be for some. Very validating and comforting. Great tips! Thank you.
i had clinical depression since age 9 or 10 and nothing will make it go away permanently, and i did everything possible and also medication hleps decrease it a ton, it has to do with many things like autism and executive dysfunction but my kid has severe epilepsy, and NOTHING WORKS OK, NOTHING, SOME PEOPLE ARE BORN THAT WAY– THE BRAIN SCANS PROVE IT – my kid has epilepsy, nothing will fix it, only decrease it somewhat, unlessyou want himto be a vegetable with meds that leave him sleeping all day, so with me, depression is IN ME, IT'S HOW MY BRAIN IS, I HAVE MANY OVERLAPPING THINGS, BUT I HAVE IT, AND LIVE WITH IT, KNOWING THAT. MY KID HAS 2 GENETIC ANOMALIES CAUSING RARE DISEASE THAT ALMOST NOBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD HAS, INCLUDING MYSELF — this affects the actual structure. no 'habit' will cure that. same with me, what makes the clinical depression i am convinced is due to brain structure and issues that i am born with, NOBODY CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE BECAUSE I HAVE THE BEST MOST SUPPORTIVE FAMILY, BEST LIFE, AND NOTHING CHANGED IT NOTHING. If you tell me you experienced depression several times, that tells me you don't have an actual permanent, neurological condition like i do. and will never understand.
Clean. Go outside. interact with 1 living thing. check off one thing from your todo list. treat yourself.
Tell someone who is so depressed they can’t go out to… just go out!
Too much blah blah, waited for list for too long

Fully endorse this! Black hole – perfect analogy. A body with infinite gravity and infinite mass – and it is inescapable. Good work!💗
Fake accent ruined everything, be real with your self !
I can easily do the first 3, then I'll try #4, but I think I'm going to have some issues with number 5. At the same time I think what I'm dealing with might not just be 'regular depression'. I had an accident years ago, which I don't remember by the way, and everything pretty much 'fell off a cliff' since then. And when a veteran friend of mine was talking about PTSD, all of it sounded way to familiar. So I'm going to go to the VA and have them evaluate me. The problem is that I'm neurodivergent and most pharmseducal drugs don't work well for me, so I need other strategies. Which is why I'm really going to work on your '5 habits'.
Restless legs, can't relax and long to just rest. Depressed. Hardly any sleep.
I hope you're better now. May God bless you. See a doctor. You may need an antidepressant.
I think you come up with some advice that could be helpful to most people who are depressed. However as someone who sometimes is so extremely low hearing things like go out, clean something and things like that triggers me the wrong way.
I have at times for weeks been inside laying in bed all day. Personally I have learned the hard way – by trying too hard too many times to beat my depression by forcing myself to do all kinds of mentally exhausting things – that actually “getting through it” without feeling too much guilt is better for me – and just waiting until the depression disappears slowly
5-htp and l-tyrosine (at a 1 to 10 ratio), omega 3 (2 parts EPA to 1 part DHA), vitamin D3, K2 (MK7), vitamin C, magnesium, taurine, b-complex (including methylfolate and methylcobalamine), trace minerals complex (including zinc), dessicated liver capsules, NAC, glycine.
The keyword IS: amplification – it just means accumulation in ways, in ways – where there are incremental, and small ones are fine, of an input into a whole… That is the science for the "following": Imagine the fix is just increased energy so you can basically do more, and it naturally does correlate with feeling good [dopamine -> energy levels and the opposite polarity for the statement is also corect]. now , .. you eat at regular times and not after 8 That's All there is to 'IT' or 'This' – the acculated effect will prevent and counter any deviation of a healthy body, mind, and spirit, in time, in time. Get friendly with microfiber . . . clean a windown in your home or car, polish up a table top

3 minutes…you say nothing yet
This video feels like telling a homeless guy to buy a house
Can't sleep, eat and can't stop crying
Tips for depression;
1- clean
2-go outside
3-interact with any one ( better be new one)
4- check off one thing
5-treat yourself
I like how you integrate other sciences (eg: space science) into psychological science. I always like doing that too.
Im 14 and I have depression, and what helps me forget about my problems and stuff, are playing sports or hobbies(like video games) I use to just lay in bed, and do nothing, i still am depressed, but that's just gonna make you even more depressed(No one knows that i am btw, only whoever reads this comment knows)
