  2. How do you deal with the anxiety of not exercising (ie while being sick or on vacation?). That's what I'm struggling with.

  3. How do you deal with overtraining anxiety and or burnout? Trying to fit in steps, strength training and cardio plus all the whammies life is throwing at me ( hello perimenopause ) It’s so hard to find the right balance. I feel like all I want to do is sleep and hide from the world.
