  1. Know those feels. It helps if u can identify at least one important thing ur angry about. Write it down. Then start focusing on how to change that. Don’t expect it to be easy. These things get very complicated. But will help relieve some sadness.

  2. Getting it out your chest by talking to someone like a teacher, counselor, therapist, anyone you trust but don't keep it bottled up or it'll build up in time. Get help.

  6. It might be two or three causes of this: 1) seeing no actual purpose in your life (and that purpose exists for everyone); 2) having way too much of creative energy, which you can't handle, without pouring it (my granny used to cry and be sad over no reason and one good teacher adviced her to start writting poems. She was a very good writter); 3) Acedia – the evil spirit of sadness is attacking you (in that case, you, litterally, can't find any reason to ve sad and you don't want to be sad, but still, you feel an overwhelming sadness, which makes you not to want to do anything at all).
