The Rochester Regional Health Behavioral Health Access and Crisis Center is available for those who need help with substance abuse or mental health issue. The Center is an alternative to a trip to the emergency department for urgent mental health needs.
We are pleased to welcome adults, aged 18 and over, without an appointment on a walk-in basis. You may call ahead to be accepted as soon as space is available. Our behavioral health services are completely voluntary, and patients are free to come and go as they please. You’ll experience a comfortable, relaxed environment filled with clinicians who can assist you with problem-solving and safety planning.
