Well I ll try that the next time I go for a walk🥰
Wait, what kind of changes will we have if we take some time to introspect before/during I our walk?
i luv this guy!
Thank you. I will try
Am gonna try this one, perfect
When your body moves your brain grooves yes walking is such a liberating feeling
Bruh I be thinking so much about how I feel when I walk and it’s annoying af
Basically practicing mindfulness while you walk. A walk should be a way to release not a whole internal back and forth conversation and overthinking like I usually tend to do lol
That's why yoga, tai chi, chi gong, breathing excersizes etc switches and heals the body and mind 😀
That was good info
Thzzzzzz 😁
Good advice!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Its mindfulness concept of buddha too. Basically whatever you do be mindful or conscious of it and feel and focus on it.
thanks you mom Sir support Daily community 🖐️❤️🇱🇮⭐
I guess walking while staring at a smart phone doesn’t cut it
Beautiful reminders. Pay attention to how we feel.
awesome!
I already said, I just learned last time that when you walk, a lot of information comes and the imagination is very strong.
More walking Please✝️🙏🙏🙏
