I have spent the last 3 or 4 years sad depressed lonely some panic attacks crying etc and currently suffering from a lateral pelvic tilt with I believe tmj on right jaw can this be caused by my emotions? How do I go about fixing these I have been to chiropractor and tried many things but nothing works long time I have issues mewing as one side of tongue is stronger than the other (right)
