Integrated Community Wellness Center A Comprehensive Model of Coordinated Behavioral Health Care
Melissa Nossal, PsyD, is a seasoned clinical psychologist and executive leader with 18 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, including nearly a decade of directing inpatient psychiatric programs at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital and Torrance State Hospital. Currently serving as the Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Pittsburgh Mercy, Dr. Nossal directs 50 ambulatory programs, delivering care to more than 12,000 individuals annually throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. Dr. Nossal is also a consultant and speaker for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, actively advancing mental health practices and policies on a national level.
