I bombed into this on August 29, 2025, at 7:12 a.m. while on a flight waiting for takeoff from Robert International Airport, Liberia to Lome Togo, onwards to Tanzania. I had to leave this comment for historical purpose because I found the video to be interesting.

So i should reward myself with some good things according to my actions and behavior, like i am building a journal with my daily routine like 8 tasks of day one new skill added to it and i make a graph for the month and this makes me so motivated to make my graph as consistent as possible like a straight line graph, same i do for the sleep.
