  2. I’m new to yoga @jessicarichburg why is it immediately after doing this do I see like a mental image of pros and cons in my life, like one side I see things I shouldn’t do, places I shouldn’t be and people I shouldn’t talk to, and the other side I see the opposite but a lot of the negatives I don’t want to let go off., is that a result of the yoga maybe mental clarity? Or am I just mental

  3. Bless u for sharing this practice, as someone who suffers a lot of anxiety and depression, this helped me to process my emotions with more ease. Have a beautiful day.πŸ™β€οΈ

  4. Jess! You are a God-send! I've been doing yoga online with various instructors, but I could never seem to find my "just right" until the good Lord led me to you. The tone of your voice, the length of your videos, not to mention the moves…they all are a good fit for me. I even love how you give us time to just be in the last pose without you doing any speaking. Thank you for sharing your gift with us online. You weren't an easy find, but I am finally glad I found your site! God bless you!

  5. Hi, Jess! I know this is an old video but I love your mat and that link does not work anymore…could you tell me please where it is from? love you!

  6. This kinda challenged my body alittle bit but when i was done, yes my mind was so calm. it was the best guided yoga ever. thanks honey πŸ™‚ love, hug and kisses.

  7. Thank you. I feel so much better now after this yoga session. I struggle with depression and feel exhausted almost all the time. This session made me feel that even when I feel that bad I still can do something for myself. And my body is also very thankful for this.

  8. Recovering from covert narc abuse , I find myself returning to this video quite a lot when I’m frozen and don’t have hope to go on

  9. I've been going through a pretty rough depressive episode and everything seems to be going wrong around me. This has been my first time trying yoga since my professor suggested it for stress relief. After finishing I feel so much lighter and more grounded, this video also helped me with releasing some tension I never realized that I always seem to hold in my shoulders and chest.
