Hello and good afternoon to you, when I hear you a doctor and other people from different walks of life speak about their own battles with depression, it then solidifies that I am not the only person that feels like this and has days where all they want to do is stay in bed and not having the energy to do anything or go anywhere!. It’s shows me that I am NOT! The only one and it’s REAL! I am not lazy or acting out, that this is a real condition and you have these days. Yes, perhaps being asked by someone to go and get some shopping for them might help as you know your not doing it for you, but for a loved one and it might give you the nudge you need… But, I also do not want to feel like I am being put on the spot! Because that then would overwhelm me and might actually make the situation worse? I just want to say “thank you “ for talking about you’re depression and your down day. Sending you blessings from Chesham, The Shires 🙏🏾👋🏾
Well I hope you are see psychologist psychiatrist because by the sound of you you’re very deep depression. It’s not good to be constantly showing your face on camera. You don’t have to do that. It’s all about yourself. You have to save yourself not everybody else around you.
Hi Dr Liz, hope you can take it one day at a time… think of each one of us is like one tiny speck in the whole big universe of stars… hope you feel better soon!

Depression and fatigue are easy to get confused. They resemble each other and feed each other. I wish you well, Doc, I hope you can climb out of this.
