hi i’m maria colon i’m a licensed clinical social worker and your behavior health consultant here at heart of florida here at heart of florida we understand the importance of mental health and lately we’ve seen an increase of patients suffering from depression anxiety or substance abuse issues integrated care allows patients to take care of multiple concerns in one same place traditionally you would have to set up multiple appointments in different locations this causes some patients to only set up appointment for some other concerns and it’s hard to get well and live a healthy life when you are only treating some of the health issues over others by creating a brief interventions model patients can come see their primary care provider and a behavioral health consultant on the same day we have created a warm and safe environment for those patients looking to seek behavioral health services our patients can either see their consultant face to face or through tele-behavior health channel which allows patients to access services from any of our locations at the heart of florida it is our priority that we provide whole health and wellness to our patients and we know that our integrated behavioral health service provides our patients with the health and wellness they deserve
