As the oldest living Grand child of Alice Louella Vinson, I'm so sorry that I could not have been there. I was old enough to remember her when she died. Those were happy times and I knew I was loved. Maybe a little bit spoiled? I remember the" lassis" pies and if you were hungry there was always a cold biscuit and sausage in the safe. I am blessed that I had the time with Grandmother and I hope I inherited soem of her goodness.
