Been saying this for years, use to get depression but started taking vitamins like d/c/zinc/magnesium depression gone in matter of weeks, also have osteoporosis in hands, stopped drinking coffee and take Boron 3Xper week pain gone. None of this suggested by Doctors they want to give you prescriptions that don’t work very well, good luck people.

  2. My friend has been on depression medicine her whole life and it is becoming less effective but she's too afraid to stop it because of the withdrawal. Those meds would be good for temporary use only. Everyone gets depressed at one time or another.

  3. I was on many DRUGS for various ailments related to sleep disorder and finally diagnosed (myself)as vitamin D deficiency which the doctors totally ignored. I finally saved myself from death as the treatment was focused by the doctors for mental disorders

  4. While back I went to a doctor asked him for some vitamins because I was feeling tired, and he immediately said I was depressed and needed antidepressants 😠. Thank God didn’t listen to him. Popping pills for behavior is playing with fire.

    eating according to the hypoglycemia diet fixed my anxiety, anger, and depression

    basically i dont eat food with a high glycemic index or glycemic load
    no wheat, potatoes or sugar
