State police at Frackville are investigating a report of theft at Skillz Adult Game Room, Cressona, totaling $472.

A 34-year-old New Philadelphia man told police on Feb. 6 that his ATM debit was used without his permission for six transactions. The fraudulent charges totaled $472, according to police.

Woman cited for harassment

An 18-year-old Pottsville woman was cited for a report of harassment April 29 in Girardville, state police at Frackville said.

Gabriella Brode entered a home on South William Street, slapped a woman in the face for “no apparent reason” and left, according to police. A non-traffic citation of harassment was filed against the defendant, police said.

Man injured in crash

State police at Schuylkill Haven responded to a two-car crash in Tower City in which a 30-year-old Pine Grove man hit a legally parked vehicle on East Grand Avenue.

Police said that Harrison K. Umbenhauer, who was in a 2015 Subaru Forester, was traveling west on the roadway on April 19 when he crossed over to the opposing lane and struck a vehicle that was facing east. Umbenhauer’s vehicle overturned, and he suffered a suspected minor injury, though he refused transport by EMS, police said.

State police are investigating the incident.
