This week, Team Dahle was honored to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Youth and Family Behavioral Health Center in Orland, hosted by Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency and recognizing May as Mental Health Matters Month.
The new facility represents an important investment in the future of behavioral health services for Glenn County families and youth. Once completed, the center will house outpatient mental health services for youth and families, along with outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for adolescents and parenting/perinatal adults. The project will also create valuable community meeting space to better serve residents.
Funded through the California Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program, the project will help expand access to critical behavioral health resources in Orland and throughout Glenn County by increasing provider space and strengthening community-based support services.
Team Dahle appreciated the opportunity to join local leaders, providers, and community members in celebrating this meaningful milestone and the continued commitment to improving mental health and behavioral health care access in rural Northern California
