  1. Absolutely. In my life, communication has been the cause and solution to so many problems. Miscommunication or none. Or not understanding. Etc. and the remedy is normally more communication. Based in honesty and compassion if possible and when appropriate. But we have to take care of each other the best we can. No one else will do it for us. Sometimes a vent session is all that is needed. Sometimes more. But there is no shame. Practice the forgiveness and try to keep from judgement. We all make mistakes. We can come back. Easier said than done of course. Of course. Bringing awareness to mental well being is nice. It’s part of health. And everyone is different so there’s not one solution. But we are all learning how to live and survive. How to try and be helpful and prosperous with our gifts and skills. Sometimes we cannot think about ourselves. This is normal. We give our life to our kids or family or occupation and it’s ok to say boys I need a minute. Or maybe more. But it takes courage to speak up. We can do better. But to help we have to start. This is a great start imo. Start with the speaking and see where it goes. Anyways for me, the suffering never fully heals but it does get less aggressive. And that’s nice. Godspeed blues and all you out there. We don’t have to choose to fight. We can choose to speak and try to understand and help.

  4. This was a brilliant conversation. A conversation doesn’t always come easy to everybody, so it’s heartwarming to see this amazing club remembering its roots, setting a great example and helping wherever it can. MCFC – the club that always has your back when you need them most. RIP Ricky and so good to see Callum happy and smiling. Respect to everyone involved in making this 🩵
