Lindsey Norris pled guilty to misdemeanor theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution, banned from the victim’s premises, assessed a $50 fine, court costs and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.
Paul Allen Sullivan pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and required to follow all recommended treatment.

Becky Sue Davenport pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course, assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs.
McKenzie Dixon pled guilty to child endangerment and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to complete her DCS permanency plan, complete the cognitive behavioral health course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and assessed court costs.
Manuel Guzman pled guilty to altering a serial number on a firearm and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to forfeit the weapon. He also pled guilty to simple possession and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $2,000 fine, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. He also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $150 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
Kelli Nicole Harnage waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with vandalism, criminal impersonation, sale and delivery of methamphetamine, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Almeric Kelley pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 3 months on supervised probation, assessed a $250 fine, plus court costs, ordered to have no contact with the victim and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course.
John Richard King entered a best interest plea to child neglect and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, complete the cognitive behavioral health course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
Sonda Lawson pled guilty a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, as well as a mental health assessment and follow all recommended treatment. She also pled guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.

Melissa Roach pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, serving 30 days in jail and the balance on supervised probation. She was assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, follow all recommended treatment and ordered to complete the cognitive behavioral health course. Biran Miller pled guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 72 hours in the DUI Education Center, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to complete 24 hours of litter pick up, loss of driving privileges for one year, assessed a $350 fine, plus court costs, ordered to attend the victim impact panel and DUI education course.
A capias was issued for Dwayne Reeder and his bond was forfeited for failure to appear. He is charged with driving on a revoked license second or subsequent offense.

Kade Campbell waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated assault, three counts of child endangerment, DUI second offense and violation of a motor interlock device.

A capias was issued for Willard Jason Fults for a failure to appear. He is charged with driving on a suspended license, violating financial responsibility law, and having an expired registration.
Travis Ray Gipson waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with DUI first offense.
