LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County Family Services and FirstMed Health & Wellness will hold a grand opening Thursday for a new pediatric clinic that will provide comprehensive health services to the approximately 3,600 children in Clark County foster care.
The clinic offers a full range of pediatric services under one roof, including primary care, dental services, and behavioral health. Behavioral health services encompass adolescent psychiatry and mental health therapy.
The grand opening is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Child Haven. The event is by invitation only and closed to the general public.
FirstMed Health & Wellness is a federally qualified health center that operates nonprofit community healthcare clinics providing mental health and preventive and primary health care services to individuals and families in Southern Nevada.
