Even kids who are taught about healthy boundaries it won't help when their boundaries are not respected. Look at their home life too if they are being abused then that might be the cause of their distress and if you won't fix their home you can't fix them. They need healthy diets exercise creative expression same as adults maybe some meditation or breathing exercises but honestly if you don't fix the source of their problems they won't get better.
