Community members, mental health professionals, advocates and people with lived experience are invited to the 2026 Mental Health Conference: Rising Together – The Power of Hope and Healing on Thursday, June 4, at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center on the Three Rivers College campus.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m., with conference sessions scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Organizers describe the day as centered on learning, connection and conversation about mental health, recovery and community support. Breakfast will be provided by Three Rivers College, with lunch sponsored by FCC Behavioral Health, and a coffee truck on site.

Keynotes and sessions rooted in lived experience

Featured keynote speaker Scott Moyers will present “From Recovery to Responsibility: Turning Personal Healing into Community Impact.” Conference materials state that Moyers plans to share his recovery journey and outline ways lived experience can affect individuals, systems and communities.

The agenda includes “Complex Trauma 101,” presented by Rachael Ward, MA, LPC, NCC. Ward’s session is described as an overview of complex trauma, its effects and trauma-informed approaches to care.
