BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — All hostages survived the traumatic events that unfolded in the Chase building earlier this week.
Bakersfield Police said no hostages were physically hurt, but according to clinical psychologist Dr. Corey Gonzales, there will likely be emotional scars. Dr. Gonzales joined 17 News at Sunrise to discuss navigating shared trauma and how to help survivors.
