  1. 5 out of 6… Not a big social network guy since I am ugly, have no friend or got anything to show off… then again I spend all my time lurking on youtube so is it considered social media?

  2. Haha, you put all the chaper's in the wrong spots, like you put 'Perfectionism' in 'Intro' and 'Lack of Exercise' in 'Perfectionism' but that's something to laugh off, haha. Anyway, and yeah, don't go on Social Media due to jealousy reasons, and just see positive stuff on social media, like some happy tiktoks or something, and one strategy to avoid regretting something is to avoid doing it in the first place, haha.

  3. If I recall there has been research regarding laughter that indicated that it doesn't have to be genuine. Regaurdless of the cause simply punching out a "ha ha ha" can positively effect the body. But again this is me trying to recall something I hear years ago I might be totally off base or it has since been proven wrong.

  5. Is perfectionism really a bad thing?
    Sure it's stressful, trying to be flawless in everything and the voices berate me every time I can't do it.

    But when I do it, it's like the best feeling ever.

  7. I think we all have mental issues more or less, depending on your circumstances, what your life is like etc…. we are all living in this same shitty world! so we can't be feeling great all the time!
