100% true , can confirm it
I'm always late at work but I'm a very positive person and i think i have ADHD and I'm too slowly but I do the nice job every time❤
Why are you speaking so slow
somebody needs to look into a correlation between adhd and cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA)… i have both but my cmpa diet has helped me tremendously, i discovered it when i was 8 years old and my diet turned me into a different kid, i became calm, focused, less exessive energy, suddenly i could learn in class… if you want to test this, remove anything that has milk in it wich is not sour. yoghurt is fine, cheese is also not a problem for me. the 3 big ones are milk, icecream and milkchocolate.
I love this advice
All good advice, thanks.
Also, how many people can realistically find and get a job they love? In this society?
I’m so sick of hearing about natural ways. They don’t fricken work man.
"Love is a stimulant drug".. something just clicked when you said that. Thank you.
Please look up side effects of aswagandha though.. it can have a negative affect when taken too going. The body needs a break from it every now and then
"Finding a job that you love helps." Really? That's your advice? Finding a job that you love would help anyone with any condition but there aren't a lot of those that fit us people. That's like saying finding a perfect female helps with ADHD…or hitting the lottery.
❤ love this
ADD or ADHD?
I used to have just one computer screen at work and felt handicapped all the time as my job requires me to work with many different pages so I kept telling my employer that it would be better for my productivity to have two screens and it turned out to be so true. Productivity went up and anxiety went down which has allowed me to be a much happier worker. I recently got a third screen and I am seeing even more productivity and a more relaxed happy state while I am flying through work. My new computer is so fast. Sluggish computers don't work well with my ADHD brain. I have a wide screen in the middle sitting on a stand with two smaller but longer screens on the sides turned inward to minimize nerve pain from turning my head to the right and left because it can be damaging if your screens are too wide. And my screens are all the same height on the top. Plus I only keep the paperwork that I am working on on my desk instead of piles and a mess everywhere to allow myself to have more focus on finishing what I am working on so I am not left with many unfinished tasks. It is a blessing to have the right tools and setup at work.
Love is stimulant drug✨
Thank you
Exercise 😢 I will Exercise for 3 days skip 1 day and be unable to continue after that!! Routines do really stick with me
The point is finding the motivation first to study anything let alone something you love 😂
You are funny. Study something?? when study is what we have hard time with
Do you sell those supplements ?
Meds didn't do squat. (One was REALLY bad.)
Magnesium Threonate is the only thing I've found that actually helps
Thanks man ❤
The last bit is the best solution tbh
(person who majored in graphic design) 🙃
Or don’t be in a job you hate. Most jobs are ok but have some parts you may like more than others (team members, being on a team or working by yourself… depends). I loved variety, working with students individually but also with a good team. I had time to myself too to finish projects that needed concentrated time alone.
