  3. It's really helpful Content,I often feels the same way that mention above and being restless… But now i will try that 3steps which i feel easy to adapte and overcome procrastination… its not happened overnight but reduce gradually…

  4. I assume & affirm that I am a divine substance, at any given point of time. So I see & feel the divine in every living & non living thing.
    And I know the fact that in divine invisible realm, in spiritual plane, there is no prolonging/ procrastination / red tapism. Everything is already done. God's creation is so fast.
    Laziness is one of the six enemies of the soul . May be the biggest one, creating, hindrence to the progress in any kind.
    This helps me to fight/ reject/ resist the procradtination. Also I believe & follow the
    " Nishkam karma yoga", which automatically create & foster responsibility, positivity & mindfulness/ focus/ attention. So, obviously
    all these things, accepted as timeless truths boost my morale & induce me towards fulfillment of my duty, primarily. This is how I tackle the problem of procrastination, or rather any other problem.

I intentionally procrastinated this video just so that I can procrastinate my procrastination more and realised what a great procrastinator I am so I saved this video yesterday and after a long procrastination of more than 12 hours of a Sunday full of procrastination and unproductive day I decided “ok it’s time now we need a change, let’s watch that video for procrastination without anymore procrastination” and here I am!!

    Am I the worst form of procrastinator?
