Pawnee Mental Health has announced the addition of Nicholas Garrett as Client Account Manager.
Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in History and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. He also served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman.
Garrett brings extensive experience in healthcare administration and financial operations within military and federal healthcare systems. He previously served as Administrative Officer for Surgical Services at Irwin Army Community Hospital from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, he worked as a TRICARE Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator at the same facility from 2021 to 2023. His background also includes experience as a Billing Technician with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2018 to 2021 and as a VA Benefits Advisor in 2016.
In his role at Pawnee Mental Health, Garrett will manage client account relationships, oversee revenue cycle processes, coordinate referrals and authorizations, and support contracting and collections activities. He will also help ensure compliance with CCBHC and payer requirements while supporting the organization’s financial operations.
