@SkyteMillington on April 24, 2025 5:47 pm You’re right this is such a game changer. A method I discovered was to imagine a gate all my thoughts have to pass through and I am the gatekeeper! I began literally shutting the gate to the harmful, non-useful ones, not today, you’re not coming in!
