WellSpan Philhaven Behavioral Health Network is a system committed to culturally sensitive, community-based mental health care across central Pennsylvania. A key focus is their work with the Plain Community, where treatment is thoughtfully adapted to meet unique cultural values across a range of care settings. The Center for Autism and Developmental Delays (CADD) offers comprehensive outpatient services, including diagnostic evaluations, psychiatric care, and therapy for individuals of all ages. CADD also supports community providers and emergency departments with specialized training in developmental disability-informed care. As part of a long-term vision to inspire health and reimagine behavioral healthcare, WellSpan is expanding its educational footprint with new residency programs for psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and interns. These initiatives reflect a strong internal investment in growing future behavioral health leaders while building healthier, more connected communities.
