I was blessed to have many coworkers in my pharmacy career that were highly conscious of good eating habits, and more often than not, our break room and potlucks included delicious healthy food.
I learned so much from them.

Congrats on pointing out Mindful Eating. Back in "another lifetime," around 50 years ago, I taught a class in Mindful eating at an alternative school in the Midwest. I'm sure they thought I was a bit crazy at that time. 😄 People are now more open to "alt" everything! Love your vids Doc!
