Eg:- aaj subha se mere mind m y though aa rha h ki hmari jameed le li kisi n or y sb fictional hai kuch real nhi h or Mai us thought ko leke bdbadara hu or apne aap aggresive ho jata hu….kbhi kbhi smjh nhi aata ki y kya hai mere actual thought kya hai or unwanted thought kya hai.

I m an ocd patient. I m taking medicine since from 1year . Now i was thinking to stop taking medicine… But i m very confused. Should i stop medicines?
