    I have tried everything, for about 10 months in order to improve my mental health. I completely changed my life for the good. Meditation, journaling, workouts, you name it. But everything was just helping on a short term. All you can do is realize that you need to deal with the problem on the higher level. That is, on the highest spiritual level. So when i understood this, I found Jesus Christ. He completely changes you,because u deal with the problem on the absolute root of it. He can clean you of every single suffering you have ever had my brother. You will find true happiness, love and righteousness. Because He WILL make you perfect. So try becoming more religious

  7. Yeah I had the same thing anxiety like it was really bad like it pretty much spread everything I did spread to. And I have to keep praying and keep this battling it cuz the more I do more the things I love to do the more it's just going to end up being dismantle which I'm proud of. Even is spread to my day trading I kept losing money and lose money and lose money and at first I did not know why. But again it all goes back to anxiety. Like when I wanted to trade at first it was really bad but as days go on and kept praying it started to wear off. But when I was finding places that I can work off of finding places to work the anxiety part have really kicked in and it kicked in bad that the reaction was not good. And even I kept searching for places to work off of it automatically kicks in anxiety and it was to the point that I have to stop searching. Temporary and do the things I love to do. But still listen out to if anything is good I'll come across it. So yes the recovery is just not like a snap of a finger like everybody pretends to be or wanted to be this is not a overnight solving problem. But I am glad the progress I have made. My goal is to diffuse things from becoming worse and I refuse to do the same things over that will exacerbate the situation and make it worse. And although a lot of people may not like what I do or think I don't do anything. Because without getting rid of that it will be very hard for me to even get anywhere. I have made it clear I want to do the things I love to do I want my life back I have made it clear. Cuz that's what is needed to be done in order to cure anxiety. If I can do affiliate marketing or trading that will be awesome because it has everything I wanted.

  8. My goal is to defuse a situation from becoming explosion explosive or worse than already is. And I know the times are hard hard for everybody but I have to do what I have to do to diffuse and make it things preventing things from getting any worse. So my goals is to do the things I love to do and find places that I can work with the things I love to do that really fits me and not being told or being pushed on cuz the more stressed of being forced into the worst it is. So am I worry about the hard times right now no because I know regardless who people has Faith with or if they think that things are bad or not God is with me in that regardless of what he would think the mission stays the same. And I'm just very proud what I have done and it's painful when I went through but it's a proud moment. So for me what I do to defuse the anxiety problem for as work and home is do the things I love to do or at least to keep it down do the things I love to do be outside be in my own world. But my next goal is to find a place that I can work that is allow me to work alone. Because this cannot be just everything back to normal in a snap of the finger or something I love to do both. If I come across a opportunity that I really like to do I love to do then I will jump on it quickly. It has nothing to do with laziness or what have you. But really I'm just thankful I'm here prayer works. So I am definitely looking forward to having a place that I can work with work something that's close to my personality without spiking the stress and anxiety. Because I realize as I get older my inability to handle those things grows. I can't handle it as much as if I were 19 or 18. So for me I'm just taking active steps it's for things to get used up and doing the things I love to do instead of being forced. So cuz I noticed the minute again start doing Job searches again the stress levels excise levels just suddenly Spike. And I'm definitely am praying that I will get through this because this is not an easy solution.
