Let me get this straight, you want us to pay 1.4billion and only 898million will go to these health projects?! I'm a hard NO. Rewrite the proposition. Get a much lower interest rate. And while you are at it, adjust your priorities. Out of all that 898million, you are only going to add 100 beds for addiction recovery? That's a bum deal. What you really want is us to pay for all of the medical expenses of the uninsured on top of our own medical expenses. 😮
