Developing Resiliency Habits for Behavioral Health Professionals

Participants will be able to:

1) Complete a wellness behavior screening survey to become aware of current health risk and protective behaviors associated with improving wellness and resilience,

2) Reflect on personal health behaviors, how risk behaviors harm achieving desired healthy behaviors and future images, and identify concrete actions to improve health habits, and

3) Set and monitor weekly goals to avoid risk behaviors and increase healthy behaviors to improve mental and physical wellbeing, resiliency, and performance.
