Amazing, I was uploading my movie about mental health and minimalism when your movie popped up 🤭
Minimalism leads to generosity 💯 correct.
Thank you.

The more things you own
The more stress you get !
Great video. Minimalism = Fewer distractions.
Thank you keeping in mind 1 step at a time 1 drawer at a time 1 room at a time 1 day at a time
You have a kindness about you that shines in all your videos
Thank you again, Joshua. I have read your books and have been listening to you for many years. I appreciate you and your messages.
I look forward to your insightful videos.
Thank you, Joshua, for your wonderful videos. Your insights are so on target that I wish to suggest you use AI to translate them into other languages. They would be a hit! Of course go with Spanish first! 😊
❤
If I am autistic, minimalism can help a ton.
Many thanks as always Joshua 😊
Mr Joshua, how very true… 😊
This is truth!! I am living proof!
🎉
I love this, I need this. Thank you. I'm starting today to reduce clutter. ❤
Love this!
Less is more!
Thank you Joshua! Your videos are always so wise, eye opening and inspiring to me to push a little further on my minimalist journey ❤.
Great video!! Need to listen to it twice now. First time (now) I didn’t take notes!! Will review later! Good job J!
Gratitude ❤
Although the information in this video is appreciated and valid, the fact that you read every word (slowly) off a laptop really spoiled it.
Since death is a fact obviously I am going to die. So I ask myself, how can something or someone who is here today and gone tomorrow forever, never to be seen on this planet again be real? and if I am not real how can the things I see or believe can be real?
So either I must close my eyes, go deep into myself and find out why I am here for a limited time on this planet or keep my eyes open and enjoy the fiction till it lasts.
As I'm aging I'm finding minimisation works in all areas of our life, even with acquaintances & friendships. This also can bring stress???
I’m not wanting to be a complete minimalist by any means but after decluttering my kitchen, putting everything in containers with labels. Decluttering and organizing my bedroom and closet in the past month, my life has become so much easier, relaxed and under control. Your videos have really helped so much.
I would love to live a minimalist life!
I try where I can to live this way.
I find clutter both visual and hidden clutter plays a massive part in my mental health.
The hardest part is finding the middle ground when living with others who find minimalism really hard.
🖤🖤🎉
Just watched this 3x as I thought about the wisdom in it.
